This hotel is the most luxurous place I have stayed in! I booked our room in the last moment so we did not expect anything special. The hotel is very high so you can get a good view of Surabaya from your room. Plenty of food to choose from for breakfast. Good location-10-15mins away on foot is located the biggest mall in Surabaya where you can find plenty of things and cheap food. The price of the room was perfect-its cheap.

Spacious rooms and terrific staff. We did have an issue with the breakfast one morning but the manager was very prompt to address the issue. He repeatedly apologized and offered to upgrade our room, which was to a lovely suite! The staff even offered to bring breakfast up to our room the next day!

The location, the spaciousness of the room, the hospitality if the staff and various foods of Nusantara,they re all delicious ! Nearby the hotel there s a supermarket,easy to be reached by walkin and there s also Tugu Bambu Runcing as one of the city landmark.

Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff. This was lovely choice to spend some downtime between travels, with AC, television and WiFi working well. Excellent blackout curtains too, I might add. Walkable to nearby shopping malls.
